I Shipped My AI Chatbot at 3:07 AM

It was 3:07 AM in Khulna. My room was dark except for the blue glow of my laptop screen. I took a sip of cold coffee, hit the deploy button, and leaned back in my chair.

Lumen was finally live.

Not perfect. Not fully polished. But live.

And for the first time, someone could talk to my studio even when I wasn’t there.

She’s not some fancy third-party widget. She’s custom-built using Groq API. She knows:

- What I actually offer (and what I don’t)
- My process & projects
- My revision policy
- How to qualify serious clients
- How to book discovery calls

Last night, after finishing a major section for a client, I thought screw it, let’s ship her tonight.

So at 3 AM, with sleepy eyes and messy hair, I deployed Lumen on my portfolio.

When I saw that first test message come through, I smiled like an idiot.

This is what building in public as a solo founder actually looks like. It’s not glamorous Instagram reels but it also feels incredibly rewarding.

Your biggest problems are often your best product ideas.
