How to do journaling everyday
I was lost for days and didn't knew how to get out of that phrase. I didn't have someone close who will listen to me and don't misunderstand me. Then I was introduced to journaling. It make me see my problems outside my head. I was always doing overthinking and procrastinating in my head. But when I start writing it down, my head felt much more lighter after that. I was able to ee myself out of my head and finally I get out of my lost era. But for years I was not consistently doing it. Thus I was getting into that lost phrase again and again. I got addicted of buying journals. It was making me happy, but I got so many of empty journals now and I don't have place to put them. I got addicted because I love start writing on a empty journal. Those who writes a lot will relate with this thing I guess. But recently I've made a template of writing. I designed it to track my daily life and it forces me to write everyday. For last 1 month I've been trying this and I was consistent this time. Many of us want to write journal but don't know how to start or what to write or some of us start but we can't write consistently. For those people, I think this template might be a great option to try.
Here's the template of my daily journal.
Date:
Day #:
Mood: __/10
Energy: __/10
1. What did I do today?
2. Which habits did I complete?
3. Biggest win?
4. Biggest challenge?
5. What did I learn?
6. Memorable moment?
7. Three things I'm grateful for.
8. One priority for tomorrow.
9. If tomorrow's version of me reads this entry, what would I want him to know?
This template will cover this things in your journal-
-activities
-productivity
-habits
-emotions
-growth
-goals
-personal history
And when you read an entry from this journal, you'll be able to reconstruct exactly what life looked like on that day. Thanks for reading.
