What is the definition of the word?
The one who gets her dream job or builds a successful company or who passes that exam or maybe "everyone".
I always wondered about the tag, never truly wants to be part of it.
Everyone in this world is trying to become more successful, more famous but in the end we're nothing. Since childhood, I have been surrounded by people who have always pushed me to become a part of it. I never argue with them and always pretend to be running like a rat. Time changes, people around me are more concerned, and I finally jump into the loop mentally.
Years are passing, I dive deeper in search of the pearl. People were cheering from the shore to keep me motivated, but the number eventually decreased. They gave me the tag of 'loser' but I focused on the mission, finding the 'happy pearl'. I feel suffocated; you can sense the pressure through my testifying veins. Sometimes, I came back to the surface but people from the shore never told me to take a rest. So I'm trying to find the pearl blindly. One day, my numb eyes were open because of harsh water and I looked around.
To see the view, I came back to the surface. Here I'm too stunned to speak, the wavy water current is dancing, it's blue just like my deoxygenated blood, too intense to handle its calmness. Then I took my longest inhalation. The air was cold; it penetrated my skin and absorbed the moisture. I dived into my known place and went deeper to witness more. I saw life, it's beautiful, the pebbles, weeds and fish. They don't have any rush and the most protected ones by the creator.
I lose the urge to get those pearls and finally get out of the loop. I don't want that anymore cause I find the most precious one, that's 'myself'. Do the people give me the winner tag !? The answer is...
The winner is defined by true intent and battles she never quit.
Yeah, the world sees me with blank eyes, but my eyes started finding beauty in everything.
Yes, I find the most beautiful pearl, 'the love pearl'.
